Important Notice
All digital products and subscriptions sold by The Word By Faith are non-refundable. By purchasing any subscription or digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Policy Overview
MJUnlimited Essential Mktg, operating The Word By Faith, maintains a strict no-refund policy for all digital products and subscription services. Once a purchase has been completed and access to digital content has been granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all subscription tiers, including but not limited to Premium Monthly and Premium Annual subscriptions.
2. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Digital products, including but not limited to:
- Bible stories and narrative content
- Devotional plans and daily content
- Reading plans and study guides
- Character profiles and supplementary materials
- Audio narration and multimedia content
- All other digital content and features
are considered non-refundable once purchased. Digital content cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and therefore refunds are not available.
3. Subscription Cancellation
While refunds are not available, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation terms are as follows:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing year. No refund will be issued for the current billing year.
- You will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.
4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
The following are the ONLY circumstances under which a refund may be considered:
- Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for a single subscription due to a system error, we will investigate and issue a refund for duplicate charges only.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge with documentation.
- Service Unavailability: If The Word By Faith becomes permanently unavailable and cannot be restored, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with supporting documentation. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your billing, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate your claim and work with you to resolve any legitimate billing issues. However, this does not override our no-refund policy for digital products.
6. Payment Processor Chargebacks
MJUnlimited Essential Mktg processes payments through Stripe. If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or payment processor, you acknowledge that you are disputing a legitimate charge. Chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to all content.
7. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By completing a purchase on The Word By Faith (operated by MJUnlimited Essential Mktg), you explicitly acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this No Refund Policy
- You understand that digital products are non-refundable
- You are making a voluntary purchase with full knowledge of this policy
- You waive any right to request a refund after purchase
8. Policy Changes
MJUnlimited Essential Mktg reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of The Word By Faith following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
